This collection of songs represents deep transition moving to a fresh start. Goodbyes and hellos, exploring and discovering. Subject matter includes personal freedom, horses, growing old(er), spiritual journeying and sleep. I wrote and recorded this within my experience as a survivor of divorce and clinical depression. Lest you think the disc is a total downer, it’s also describing my compulsion to know hope and joy.
